surgery of an abandoned hospital near berlin in beelitz-heilstätten

for this deviation i took 93 pictures (actually 31 images in each 3 different exposures (AEB -1 0 +1)) and combined them to 3 panorama shots for the HDR image. i used photomatix pro for tone mapping and gimp for some colour adjustments.

Amazing, I like the colors. Can you explain though why did you need to take 93 shots?

thanks a lot! : )
it's a HDR shot, that means that i needed 3 shots with different exposures of every single motiv, so there are effectively only 31 shots. i use only a simple digicam with a miserable wide-angle, so i need many pictures for such a panorama (its more than 180° in the width and almost 180° in the height). i'm waiting for the day i'll have a great DSRL, so i can make a panorama like this with only 3 shots. :D

I am a big fan of ruins and old decaying building. This is a marvelous capture. I love the contrast of the turquoise and tan. I find that I want to actually get into the picture to see the details. Absolutely captivating!
